Article 13
                        Technology safeguards

     For  the  purposes of implementing specific projects of the joint
activities  under this Agreement, the Parties, or by mutual consent of
the   Parties,   through   their  competent  authorities  shall,  when
necessary,  conclude an agreement on technology safeguards with a view
to providing the conditions for the:
     1)  prevention  of  any  unauthorised  access to protected export
items and related technologies, and any unauthorised transfer thereof;
     2) implementation by representatives and personnel of cooperating
organisations  skilled  in  handling of protected items of appropriate
functions to effectively protect and control them;
     3)  elaboration of appropriate agreements and specific technology
protection plans.
