Article 15
               Economic and industrial types activities

     1.  In accordance with the laws and other statutory Acts of their
States,  the  Parties  shall  strive to encourage activities of state,
private   and  other  organizations  (companies,  firms,  enterprises,
institutes)  of  their  States,  directed  at  the  support  of  joint
programmes and projects of cooperation in the field of exploration and
use  of  outer space, and the practical application of space equipment
and technologies.
     2.  For the purposes contemplated in paragraph 1 of this Article,
the  Parties shall strive to implement, by mutual consent, measures to
facilitate  corresponding  entrepreneurial  activities  and  trade and
economic transactions.
