Article 7
                Applicability of National Legislation

     1. The laws and regulations and other legal dispositions in force
of a Party relating to the admission, to sojourn in, or departure from
its territory of an aircraft engaged in international air services, or
to  the  operation  and  flight  across  that  territory shall also be
applied to the aircraft of the designated airline of the other Party.
     2. The laws and regulations of a Party relating to the admission,
sojourn  in,  or  departure  from  its  territory of passengers, crew,
baggage,  cargo  and  mail,  such  as  regulations  relating to entry,
clearance,  immigration,  emigration,  custom,  police,  currency  and
sanitary measures, will be applied to passengers, crew, baggage, cargo
and  mail  transported on board the aircraft of the designated airline
of the other Party upon entry into and departure from and while within
the said territory.
