Article 20
                     Modifications and Amendments

     1.  Any  Modification  or  Amendment  of this Agreement, approved
between  the  Parties,  by consultation, in accordance with Article 18
(Consultation),  shall  enter  into force after exchange of diplomatic
notes,  which  indicates  the  fulfillment  of  all necessary internal
procedures of each Party for such aim.
     2. Any Modification or Amendment to the Annexes of this Agreement
could  be  agreed directly between the Aeronautical Authorities of the
each Party, by means of consultations under the provisions established
in  Article  18 (Consultation) and it shall enter into force after the
confirmation through diplomatic channels.
