Article I
Insofar as it has jurisdiction according to the provisions of the
Agreement, each State Party to the Present Additional Protocol shall
not carry out a death sentence with regard to any member of a force
and its civilian component, and their dependents from any other State
Party to the Present Additional Protocol.
